First,

Congratulations

We want to congratulate you for taking the first and most important step to recovery. If you are on this page, it's probably because you recognize you have an issue and hopefully your desire is to get help and heal from it.

Thank you for taking this first step and we are excited to help you recover.

If you are still unsure whether or not you have a problem, we encourage you to take a self assessment. The Sexual Addiction Screening Test (SAST) is designed to assist in the assessment of sexually compulsive behavior. Developed in cooperation with hospitals, treatment programs, private therapists, and community groups, the SAST can help you better understand your risk of sexual addiction, and can guide you to the best help possible.

Second,

Take the Test

There is help for you. There are non judgemental treatments that can help you understand your behavior, control your actions, and make sexual choices you feel good about. Whatever you are facing, there are resources to help you get better. On our website, we can refer you to strong communities, counseling, video resources, or books.

Stories of Recovery
stories from the trenches

John

"The reason that I buy sex is because the only thing I am more afraid of than intimacy, is rejection."

Tom

"I think that the internet lulls people like me into believing there aren’t consequences to their interactions online."

Charles

(after buying sex): "I feel like I'm just a shell of a person walking around. It's like I'm empty inside."

Cameron

"I’m ashamed of my actions and know that engaging at any level in this world legitimizes and perpetuates the disgusting act of treating women as consumable objects. The desire for sexual gratification is a sad excuse to exercise power over others."
